NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Boyle County Fiscal Court in Danville, Kentucky, is requesting bids for design and renovation of the Boyle County Courthouse Restrooms. Bids must be received by the office of the Boyle County Judge Executive at 321 West Main Street, Room 111, Danville, Kentucky, NO LATER THAN 2:00 PM ON APRIL 17, 2023. Bids postmarked prior to, but not received until after this deadline will not be accepted. 

Submittals may be sent to Boyle County Fiscal Court via the e-mail by clicking here, Proposals. The right is reserved to reject any Bid/Proposal or to accept the Bid/Proposal which is deemed by Boyle County Fiscal Court to be in the best interest of the County. 

The Boyle County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or informalities in the bid process. 

All Bids are to be marked clearly on the outside. Bids will be opened and publicly read at 2:30 PM ON APRIL 17, 2023 in the Boyle County Fiscal Courtroom, Room 106, 321 West Main Street, Danville, KY 40422.
